A 3-stage Introductory process:

1) The first step is an initial introductory meeting with Kathleen Gilmore, Chief Client Services Officer. At this meeting, we’ll get a chance to get to know one another and understand your expectations and needs.

2) Kathleen will introduce you to an Investment Counselor, who will become your personal advisor, constructing an individualized investment plan to meet your needs. Initial meetings will determine an asset allocation strategy, construct an investment policy and map out an action plan for meeting your objectives.

3) Your counselor will meet with you to review your portfolio on a regular basis, as determined by your needs and preferences. You will receive quarterly reports and a quarterly newsletter.
